@carr678901- So many years ago... that's like saying Iraq shouldn't help us 30 years from now when we're experiencing a disaster. They aren't the same people, and part of life is learning how to get over grudges to help people in need, because really, we're all the same.

I don't think that these people are heros they have way more money then they donated so this didn't cost them anything. Example if someone with only a $1 left in their name donates it to Japan I think that they are more of an hero then a celebrity that still has 10million still left in the bank.

Wow that was so nice of them and all but there are other countries that need help too, I know Japan is in a complete disaster and it needs the money but look at Ireland :/ Were living in a Recession for over 4 years and nobodys helped us. Rip to all in Japan ♥ Would donate something if our goverment werent so stupid to take it off us.

i honestly DONT think america should be helping japan and everywhere else when nobody even bothers to help us rebuild anything. & japan attacked us for NO reason so many years ago. why should we help people that are KINDA considered enemies??

@illwait4youu about the debt thing, america did it to themsleves. we never drill our own gas, we buy it from mother nations and we borrow money form them, so they do help us ALL the time, whether you know it or not. we in america put our own selves in debt
