Witty Girls, Please Help!

I've recently been noticing my friend wearing a lot of bracelets on her wrist. Yesterday, she was acting weird and didn't "feel like talking". Today, she had band-aids on her wrists and I think she cut herself. How do I confront her? Please help, it would mean the world to me! Thank you!

I sent her a message on Facebook earlier today, but she hasn't been online to see it yet. I asked her "What's up ?" and I'm hoping she'll respond tomorrow morning. I really hope she's honest with me.

i wouldn't come right out & say it.. i would kind of just ask her how everything is & if she doesn't want to talk about it, just be there for her. if you notice that it gets worse, you need to confront her.

don't make her feel like she's different because she's depressed or unhappy.
make sure she's okay,
always be there for her,
& try to convince her there are better ways to deal with things without being pushy about it.
just be her friend.
