i had the same problem all i did was tell my dad that i met this guy and i really like him and he was pretty much fine with it

I went through the exact same thing with my parents!
sit them down and tell them about the guy, tell them everything you like about him chances are since they love you they'll most likely be perfectly fine with it

Well, if y'all are talking on the phone, chances are- you're parents know something's up - it's showing up on the bill... Landline- his number Cell phone- just your talking minutes running up.
Just say- I met this great guy on FB the other day... He's really cool & blah blah blah... i think i may like him
