No tattoos, they look terribly horrid when you're older. I think you should get a nose piercing. Or a cartilage piercing- like the top part of your ear, even though you said no ears. Nose won't hurt that bad. For the cartilage it's just how sensitive you are, and the higher you go the more it will hurt. My mom got hers done when she was in high school and she said it hurt like hell but my friend got hers done and she said it didn't hurt at all. So you know, it's how sensitive you are. I don't think you should get a lip piercing, they are unattractive on most people but on some it works. As for tongue piercing- Ew. And for eyebrow, yeah I've always thought they look good. But it's your personal preference dude. Not mine.
I would reccomend the Monroe piercing (: I have mine and I LOVE it!!! Its prolly about a 6 but if you numb it and take ibuprofen before it doesn't hurt at all :)
maybe i could be some help, haha? (: my best friend, Olivia, has an Angel Kiss piercing - she said it hurt a lot but she's extremely sensitive. And I have another friend, Krista, who has a nasel piercing. She said it didn't hurt much and that it merely felt like a sharp pinch.
Either way, people have different levels of pain, so yours might be different. (: try this link:
I would say piercings, just because after a few years tattoos will just go faded and make the skin around it red. Maybe get piercings further up your ears?

it'll list some piercings you could possibly be interested in ... or not. (: happy early sweet sixteen by the way!
cause when you think about it, if you get a tattoo imagine how you'll feel about it when you're older
