The Butterfly project
This applies to people who self injure.
Get out a pen, and draw a butterfly, big or small,
wherever you usually cut yourself.
Write the person you love's name in one of the wings of the butterfly.
If you cut over the butterfly,
the person's initial that you wrote in the wing, dies.
Stop cutting yourself for the person you love.
You can do this.
