“I don’t get it. It just doesn’t even make sense.” Chelsea said, as she sat with Crista.
“Sometimes things don’t make sense.” She replied
“But she wouldn’t have killed herself! And what about the rest of them? Are they dead too?”
“Maybe, I don’t know. I wish I did, I’m sorry. I know how you must feel.” Chelsea sighed. ‘I know how you must feel.’ You don’t know anything. She thought.
“They aren’t dead. I just know. They’re stronger than that. I can’t go through this again.”
“Again?” She asked
Chelsea looked down. She didn’t mean for that to slip out.
“Nothing,” She spat, not meaning it to come out as harsh as it did.
“You can tell me. I was there when Nicole…” Her voice trailed off. “Erm, you know.”
“I know you were there, it kind of has nothing to do with that. It’s just…never mind.” They sat in silence for a moment until Chelsea spoke. “Why did you ask me if weird things were happening to me?”
“I didn’t.” She answered
“Yes, you did.”
“No, I didn’t.”
“Remember when you asked me if weird things were happening to Tori and Brittany and I had to tell you that they were…gone” She lowered her voice when she said ‘gone.’
“That wasn’t me…”
