Same thing happens to me and one of my best guy friends every few months... But I finally lost him for good when he went out with me ex bestfriend who played him like crazy and made my life hell. It gets better though, keep your head up and go out there and go find a new guy bestfriend:) if I can do it you definatly can!(:

well that's not nice, i'd dump his , he's obviously not a good friend if he has the guts to say that to you (sorry if that came out harsh) or talk to him, confront him with your girl power. making a new guy best friend is also good too, show him you've moved on

Oh my god. I'm so sorry. :( I went through ALMOST the same thing when my boyfriend went into a coma. He was out for two months. No talking to him or anything, broke my heart. :(
