Chapter 2
"Kacie, pay attention the board!" snapped Ms. Flet.
I pushed my head up off the desk and obeyed Ms. Flet this time.
Just then the classroom door swung open and there stood Principal Allington and the cutest boy I have ever seen.
He had blond hair and had a slight wave to it. His ice blue eyes were almost haunting.
He was fit, probably a six pack under that shirt.
He gave us all a big smile and I swear the earth stopped spinning.
"Hello everyone. This is a new student. His name is Austin and please make him feel welcome." said Principal Allington.
She swong on her heels and slammed the door behind her leaving Austin standing awkwardly up front.
"Austin, why don't you go and sit besides Kacie? The girl in the teal blue shirt?" said Ms. Flet.
Oh my god. He's sitting next to me. TO ME!
I try to hide my excitement and pay attention to the teacher.
I keep sneaking glances and one time he catches me, shooting me his fablous smile.
When the bell rings, I jump out of my seat and head towards the door.
I'm too shy to talk to Austin.
Just then someone grabs my arm. I jump and let out a loud gasp.
I heard a sweet chuckle behind me.
I turn around and there stands Austin.
"Sorry to scare you, but can you show me to my next class. I'm seriously so lost." he said was a genuine smile.
"Of course." I say, trying to hide my excitement, "Where are you going?"
"It looks like AP Chemistry." he answered.
"Me too!"
I walked out of English and walked down the hall with the cutest boy in the whole entire planet.
I saw girls, even the populars and cheerleaders, staring at him with googly eyes.
"You're going to be pretty popular around here." I say with a light chuckle.
"What do you mean?" he asks like he's completely oblious to all the staring.
"You don't see all the girls checking you out." I saw trying to hold my laughter, "Look at them."
He trys to surpess his laughter as he watches all the girls staring and fixing his hair when he walks by.
When we get to the Science Wing, we both start dying laughing.
"Those girls looked crazy!" he said in between his laughter.
"You're not kidding." I replied.
This guy is cooler than I thought. Usually the guys are dying over those girls who might as well thrown themselves on him, but he didn't even care.
He even thought it was funny! Maybe this guy and I could be pretty good friends.
