My eyes fluttered open and my mind immediately
jumped to thoughts of Greyson.
I staggered my way down the hallway to see him again.
Yesterday i had cried myself to sleep in the
chair beside Greyson's crippled body.
I slowly pushed open the door and poked my head inside.
Doctors were already working on him, but I didn't care.
"Excuse me" I said, pushing past a petite brunette.
Greysons face was black and blue and he had
a few stitches here and there.
I gazed down at him thinking "he's still as gorgeous as ever"
My fingers interlocked with Greysons and for that moment, i began to think that maybe everything was going to be alright.
The brunette glanced over at us and immediately turned away with a smirk planted on her overly red lips.
Leaning down, I brushed my lips against Greyson's forehead.
Would anything ever be the same after what I did to him?
My head swam with thoughts of what his reaction might be when he finally woke up. If he ever did.
I felt a single tear make its way down my cheek and
watched it plop down onto Greyson's arm.
I wiped it off just as the doctor told me I had to leave so that they could check Greysons injuries.
My heart sank to the floor and I felt so tiny and powerless.
I scooted forward on the bed and whispered in his ear
"I'll love you forever and always"
