Phineas and Ferbs mom isnt deaf or blind. shes just stupid. she leaves them alone, when they are clearly like 10 and then when candace trys to bust them (which is kinda scary how obbsessed she is with it) something totally random and insane happens and their mom never finds out. plus, didnt you see the episode when they got busted... the world totally was like terrible. THAT CAN'T HAPPEN!!!!!
