Do you guys think my crush likes me & I know it sounds like

Do you guys think my crush likes me & I know it sounds like I'm showing off, but I seriously wanna know what you guys think. My friends say we should be together.
1. He always looks me in the eyes when talking to me. 
2. He sometimes teases people but he teases me in a different way.
3. He always trys to make me laugh, like ALWAYS. (and it works. ;))
4. He says we're 'Spongebob buddies' since we both like Spongebob.
5. He says stuff like this sometimes. (We were just in class one day and he was asking me something but I wasn't paying attention and I heard him say friend and then I was like "huh?" and he said "We should be friends.") and one time he said something something hot something and I was like "huh?" and he said "You're a hot dog." And I was like "what?" and really I was like "Thanks bbz, you're hot too. ;))
6. My guy best friend is always hugging me and with his arm around me and stuff and my crush is always looking.
7. I had aquatics the other day and when I was putting on my wetsuit the instructor of his activity was talking to his group, but he kept looking at me.
8. Me and my friend call him Fred so nobody knows who we're talking about and she kept talking about him around him and she was like April loves Fred and he was like "Who's Fred?" and was like all nosy and stuff. :P
9. I love him. :)
