I did a few times when I learned I would have to do chemo, that there was a possibility that I might never have kids, and if I lived I would be faced with taking pills for the rest of my life to help me deal with the pain my tumor entitled. But then I realized something one day after pulling my sleeves down to hide my new scars.... The only way I can ever make life happy or feel better for myself was by seeing things differently. See the world through my eyes not the ones my tumor had given me. I refused to let my life be ruled by a tiny, defective part of me.
Now almost a year after I stopped I am off of chemo! My tumor is still there but my pills help with the pain, plus after awhile I've learned to deal with it, I mean I'll be living with it for the rest of my life anywho so theres not much to be done. There's still a chance that I might not be able to have children of my own, but there's also a chance that I might be able to have children of my own! And even if I can't then I'll just adopted, hell even if I can I'll still adopt.
Anyways what I'm trying to say is:
You are an amazing person for putting up this quote and tring to help people.
And for anyone reading this:
Everything will be alright but there is only really one person to make everything alright again and that person is you. This wonderful quote maker can only help you see that. But the thing is everything will be okay.
