Yes. I had a friend in 4th gra6de and half of 5th. We were best friends. We would go to movies together, spend the night (it was a guy, but he's gay). Then one day, he just ditched my for the "populers". Then this year (6th grade) we were friends again (for a week). Then again, he ditched me for the "populars". He made me cry for a week.
