i had a best friend
we did everything together
before middle school came along
we agreed to not let popularity get in between our friendship
but she's prettier than me
6th grade came along and she left
slowly i lost my best friend
and i saw her leave
ever since i could NEVER trust anyone the same way
bad part: i bet she doesnt remember that promise
