Today is 14
years ago that my 6 year old brother lost his life
along with my stepmom, my moms bestfriend and her son, in a car
crash.
They were all too young to die.
They were all too innocent.
Sometimes I don't understand why God takes people away from
me.
But then I realize it's a test of faith.
Ryan would be 21 this year.
I wonder every day what my hero would be like.
I can promise you one thing... He has saved me every day of my
life.
I was only 2 when it happened.
But I remember him.
And unfortunately... I had to witness the crash.
I love you so much Bubba.
I can't wait to hug you again.
Rest in paradise my sweet angel.
I'll be home soon.
I promise.

I believe God takes people away from you to make you stronger, give you more courage and to test your faith in him. He doesn't do it to harm you in any way, yes, it hurts, but it's not like he took them away from you forever, right? I see it like, he takes the people that we don't want hurt form this earth, to prevent them from any kind of harm, then keeps them there for us to come home to one day. :)
