A:
Usually, yes! Some guys are not
good at flirting so they resort to being mean/mocking as a
cuteish joke. Or maybe they think thats what flirting is. Hmmm.
Either way, that doesn't necessarily mean he likes you, but
that definitely is what some guys do for flirting. Or maybe
he's actually being mean to you. Thats the other option.
Also, he might be the kind of guy who does that to all girls, so
make sure you know it's especially to you before you do
anything you might regret!
