Q (asked by a fellow Wittian): I have a question, so my close guy friend (we are so close we call each other brother and sister) flirts with me all the time, even when he has a girlfriend. Well I love him (obviously) he is my best guy friend, but I feel like he's messing with my mind and my heart, he will flirt with me yet date every girl but me. I'm tired of being his second choice, so why is he doing this? Is it possible he likes me?

A: Ok. It's possible he likes you. He may be dating those other girls just to make you jealous. But maybe he doesn't. Do you flirt back? Cuz if he likes u, and knows you like him, then he has no reason not to ask you out. There could be something else going on in the way of dating you. Or he could just be one of those hard-to-getters. Another theory is that he might like you, but he really doesn't want to ruin your friendship.

what about girls grabs your attention? like what do you look for in a girl and stuff like that? and is it mostly the same for all guys?

When i was 12 i met a boy at my seasonal campground we go to in the summer . His family loves mine and his mom calls me her daughter. he has gages and a motorcycle and is 16 . over the summer , he texted me randomly , and then we talked and talked and eventually kissed . all the nights under the stars and in the moonlight . however , he refused to ask me to be his girlfriend . everyone told us how he was too old , and we always were together in private , taking me to secluded areas where no one would see us . and then , at the end of the summer he was acting very strange , and finally came out that he was not over his ex girlfriend and was sorry if he hurt me , but he couldnt go on in mine and his "relationship" the camp season ended . and i cried all winter long . maybe 4 months after , he got back together with his ex , and she left him (again) for another guy . i had a new guy , but he started doing drugs and hitting me , so i went back to the camp guy . he took me to a movie and we cuddled in the theater . thats all . he drove me there and home and at the end of the night, didnt even hug me . hes kept his distance since then , but flirts at random times . i want him so badly but im just not sure . next month it will be a year since our first kiss . im hoping thing go my way , but he flirts with so many different girls its hard to tell , the worst part is , he tells me about the girls , and flirts with me like 5 minuites later . what do you think hes trying to do ?
