I saw a quote asking why everyone is so desperate to have their first love. Well, I've actually been thinking about that. See, this quote said that the first heartbreak hurts the most. So this person didn't understand why anyone would want that. To have something so amazing but have your first heartbreak. Well, he told me he doesn't like me. But, he also said he likes my best friend. That's the icing on the cake. So, the reason I think everybody is so desperate for their first love? Because, when you find your first love, your that much closer to your last. When you find your first love, you get a sneak peak at what it will be like with your true love. Yes, you get hurt, but you can learn from that. That first heartbreak. That's what gets you closer to your true love. If you never had that first heartbreak, think about how it would be. Sure, you would be happy with that love, because you never knew anything different, but you may always feel this empty space inside, like your missing something, even ifyou don't know why or what it is. You need that first heartbreak, that first love, to get closer and closer to your true one. You need it for true happiness. It's going to take me some time to get over the fact that he likes my best friend and they talk all the time and thats all he ever talks about to me anymore, but I'll get over it. He's just that first one. If he hadn't told me all this stuff, I wouldn't have realized he's not right. I wouldn't have realized that there's someone better for me out there. Someone right.
