fast - paced song. (dance is great cardio & it
burns tons of calories!)
- When you follow someone, do 20 bicycle
crunches
- If someone comments on your profile/
quote, do 10 lunges
-When you see a quote too awesome for words,
do the speed skater for a
minute

to motivate you guys, I'll follow, fave quotes of, comment,
etc everyone who does this for at least 30 mins a day for 3
days:)
