suit. . .
So for the next 11
Days im going to loose as much weight as i possibly
can.
work out. For 120 minutes (2 hours) every other day.
Don't drink milk, or juice. Drink water. That saves 400+ calories everyday.
If water's getting boring, try 15 calorie lemonade. it's about a dollar at walmart, or target.
Avoid sweets. Try 10 calorie chewing gum. Don't swallow it.
DO NOT eat when you're bored (drop the bag of chips- now.)
I guess that'll do you good.
