Love Never
Dies
//2//
{{Arianna}}
''It's alright, Aria.
It's alright,'' my mum soothed, tears falling down
her face. I had put up with her crying and telling me everything
would be alright for an hour and I had no patience. I'd been
home for only an hour as well and that's when I
snapped.
''Can you please shut the f*ck
up! I don't want to be reminded that I am going to f*cken
die! I know, I know that I'm going to die! Stop acting like
you're the f*cking one with the disease! You. Are. Not. I
am!'' I yelled, storming off. I ran to the lake, it was 5
minutes away from my house and I always went there to think.
Always. I sat on the edge watching the water, it made me
calm. I heard whistling and my head snapped up to see a young man
about my age. He had a big grin on his face and was swinging his
arms back to forth.
''Oh hey!'' he said,
happily. I didn't say anything back, why was this guy so
happy? He had brown hair and dark eyes but I couldn't exactly
see the colour. ''You alright?'' he asked,
sitting next to me.
''No. What the hell are you so
happy about?'' I frowned at how selfish I was being. Let
him be happy, at least he had something to be happy
about.
''How 'bout we make a deal,
you tell me what's wrong and I'll tell you why I'm
happy. I'm Channing by the way but you call me
Adrian,'' he said. I didn't know why he didn't
want me to call him, 'channing' but I ignored what he
asked me to call him.
''Chan, I like it. I'm
Arianna and you start.''
''Rianna, I like it,''
he said smirking. ''Well my little brother's cancer
is gone,'' he said happily. I gulped, hadn't he
noticed I had cancer? I was bald after all. That's when I
realised I was wearing a hat. ''I'm so happy,
he's sleeping now. Wait, Rianna how old are you? I'm
19.''
''17.''
''So what's
wrong?'' he asked.
''Nothing,'' I
grumbled.
''Nothing? Doesn't look
like anything.'' I looked into his eyes, they were a
greyish colour. They were gorgeous.
''It doesn't matter what it
was. Me telling you isn't going to make it go away...
I've got to go, my mum's probably getting
worried.''
''Nu-uh. It may help Rianna,
you never know.''
''Oh I know, it won't help
at all... when your brother had cancer did it help it go away by
talking to him?'' his mouth widened. ''No. I
didn't think so.'' I know I was being harsh but I
couldn't help it.
''Look, Rianna it may sound bad
know but it can go away. My brother's did.'' I wished
I'd been that lucky, that'd I get to fall in love and
have a family. Three children. Two boy and one girl. The girl
I'd be able to dress up and her dad would be the only boy she
trusted. Her brother's would be protective over her and every
day before I went to sleep, I'd cuddle into my husband's
chest and he'd whisper 'I love
you'.
''No. Channing I don't
think you actually understand what's going on. I was at the
hospital today... I've got 4 months to
live.''
Okay, so
I've decided to make a list of people who want me to remind
them. So if you want me to remind you when a new chapter's
out, for the rest of this story, comment on this chapter
(:
Teaser:
''It's a big deal because
I'm going to die anyways! You don't understand Nicole,
you don't understand how it feels to know how long you've
got to live!'' I shouted in
frustration.
