Chapter Ten.

Cassandra's POV

I turned around after the final chord and looked straight at Liam.
His brown eyes were facing the ground and he looked everywhere but me. The crowd went wild and the boys rushed onto the stage, Harry grabbing the mic from the stand and yelling "CASSANDRA ABERNATHY, EVERYONE!"
They cheered even louder. The concert continued and so did the tour, along with the silence eminating from Liam.

"Zayn, me love!" I yelled, plopping down next to him on the bright green couch of the tour bus. He smiled at me and pointed to the TV.
It was on MTV and he was watching Jersey Shore.
"They're still not as sexy as me.." Zayn said, eyes glued to the tellie.
I laughed and tweaked his nose.
Niall walked in and sat next to me, hugging me.
It had been two weeks since the first concert and Niall and I had become increasingly more like brother and sister. Zayn and I had grown closer, too.
But every time we got really close, he would get this look in his eyes and pull away. I wondered if I was doing something wrong, but I really couldn't tell.
Sometimes I wondered if maybe he felt something for me, but then I shook the thought. I was sure he didn't.
That night, Louis brought his new girlfriend, Eleanor, to dinner.
I smiled and shook her hand, welcoming her to our small family. She was really nice and very easy to talk to. After dinner Louis told us all the story about how he had been talking to Eleanor and she would be with us for three days, until we got to our concert in her hometown.
I didn't mind sharing my room with Eleanor.
I walked over to the bathroom to brush my teeth and just as I got there, the door swung open and Liam came out, running into me. We just stood there, our bodies pressed together. His eyes sparkled and he just stood there, looking at me.
I waited for insecurity to take over, being stared at the way that I was. But it just didn't.
I loved him, and he loved me.

Also, I am aware that Zayn, Liam, and Louis have girlfriends.
No offense to Perrie and Dannielle, like I've said, they just aren't their girlfriends in my story. At least for now... o.O foreshadowing!
