For the people who wonder how it works.
A fourteen day water diet is what I choose because I know I can
stand it. You don't want to strain yourself but the first few
days will be challenging, your body is cleaning itself out.
As for the main diet, it's water, or natural juice. Water
flushes the system of what's known
"water-weight".
As for when the lack of food entering your system your body feeds
off the body fat you have, thus loosing weight. You should also
exersize, you'll feel weak for the first few days but you need
to stay strong and workout for better longer lasting results.
At the end of the cleanse slowly return to eating food, very small
portions at first building up to your normal, yet smaller,
dish.
After the cleanse continue drinking alot of water, the things you
will notice in changing is; You're weight, your skin will look
brighter and healthier from all the toxins being removed,
you'll feel better about yourself.
Though I also add things such as small portions of fruits,veggies
and nuts and such for protein.
