“Come on, Mace, I had a long day at work and all I want to do is to unwind a little with you on top of me.”
“I’ve got homework, Vincent,” I tried desperately to get out the closed door.
“Aww, don’t call me Vincent. You know I hate that name. It sounds too formal for what we actually are to each other,” Vincent held a death-grip on my wrist and pulled me back to him. I fell across his lap clumsily, my long blonde hair tumbling across his legs.
“Sit up, the way I like it,” he ordered bluntly.
Slowly, reluctantly, I lifted one of my legs across Vincent’s body and straddled him, my face close to his.  I tried to stagger my breathing so I wouldn’t have to smell his alcohol-ridden breath.
“Kiss me, Maaaacey,” Vincent licked the inside of my ear. His tongue was slimy and cold.
I clenched my eyes tightly as I leaned in for what was sure to be a sloppy start to another painful night.
Vincent’s fingers spider-ed up my back towards my baby blue lace bra’s hooks.
He always “saved my mom the trouble” of going undergarment shopping for me by deciding exactly what would go on under my clothes and made sure I only wore the bare minimum after a certain time.
The kissing continued. I knew if I stopped, it would just make it worse.
He hoisted myself higher up on his waist as he stood up and brought me to the king-sized bed that my mother would be sleeping on beside Vincent on later that night, unaware of what went on earlier there while she was still at the office.
I was soon exposed and I began to cry again as Vincent decided he could hold it back no longer.
“STOP YOUR BLUBBERING,” he yelled as I immediately sniffled back my tears and remained silent until we heard the rolling of my mother’s tires going into the garage.
Vincent sat up quickly and zipped up his pants, queuing that I had finished my job and to leave at once.
I grabbed the knob of the door and looked back at the man scurrying around the room to conceal what he had just forced me to do in pure disgust.
I looked back at the man I had to call every day my step-father.
