is advice ok? first, it takes something like 2000 situps to lose one pound of fat. i suggest you go on the internet and find better and more efficient excercises that will help drop pounds faster and easier. drinking lots of water and loading up on low cal foods like watermelon and celery will help too. replace a candy bar with a granola bar, and try to resist foods high in fat, calories, and sugars, because they fill you up with unhealthy things, making less room for the nutrients that you really need. if you do eat that stuff, which is perfectly fine, you might want to have small amounts. hope you reach your goal by the time your bf gets back. good luck! :)
