Okay so hi everyone. I know there are a lot
of people asking for help to get healthy and I don’t mean to
be a pain and bother anyone but I really just want help. Recently,
I’ve been feeling even more insecure about myself than usual
so that’s why I decided to come to all of you for help.
I’m sick and tired of looking in the mirror and just seeing
fat and always comparing myself to others. I just want to feel
happy with who I am and not have to constantly hear people make fun
of the way I look. And I’m really trying to get in shape,
before I start swim team again but I want to feel good about how I
look when I join. So please comment your name and I’ll do the
instructions for each letter. Or you could do words just anything
help me have an inspiration to exercise and get
fit.
A- 10 Crunches
I- Run in place (3 min)
Q- 100 Jumping Jacks
B- Run in place (5 min)
J- 15 Jumping Jacks
R- 30 Lunges (both legs)
C- 20 Jumping Jacks
K- 10 Lunges (both legs)
S- 25
Squats
D- 15 Lunges (both legs)
L- 5 Squats
T- 15 Pushups
E- 10
Squats
M- 5 Pushups
U- Stretch (8 min)
F- 5
Pushups
N- Stretch (3 min)
V- 10 Crunches
G- Stretch (5 min)
O- 15 Crunches
W- Run in place (5 min)
H- 5 Crunches
P- Run in place (10 min)
X- 20
Jumping Jacks
Y- 15 Lunges (both legs)
Z- 10 Squats
*Every Fave= 1 glass of
water
