*Chapter 1*

"Deardra! 2O more minutes then the bus will be here!" my mom screamed up the stairs. I quickly threw on a flowy white shirt with a black bow, some jean shorts and my blue dangly earrings. I ran into the bathroom and coated some eyeliner and mascara on and flew out my door. "Wow Dee. If you were 5 minutes later you woulda missed the bus," my sister told me.
"Well I still have to put on shoes and grab my purse.. so let me get ready Kaelene!" I scolded. I grabbed my black converse and slid them on
"Don't forget your p-"
"I didn't forget my purse Kaelene now shut up," I told her even though I did. I ran to my collection of purses and grabbed a white one with a golden strap. "I'm going to the bus mom love you bye!" I screamed and I was out the door. My sister doesn't take the bus. She gets a ride from her oh-so-great boyfriend. He's really cute, I have to admit, but he's dating her for her boobs.. and other things. I don't know why she adores him so much. I made my way to the bus stop and pulled out my phone.
"7:5O"
Cool. 1O minutes to just chill on the old bus stop bench that would break if I was 2O pounds heavier. I slowly lowered myself down onto the bench, but quickly got back up. I saw someone. I saw Kegan.
"Hey Dee!" Kegan yelled.
"Umm, hey!" I yelled back. Why on earth was he coming on the bus? I waited until I could just talk to him instead of yelling to ask the question.
"So, don't take this badly but, why are you here?" I asked him with a laugh.
"Well, I was kicked outa my ride to school so, I came to you! Is that a problem?" he asked me.
"No no no it's fine I was just wondering." I assured him. We talked for the last 5 minutes until the bus came. The bus driver gave Kegan a really weird look as to why he was coming on our bus but he let it be. I sat alone and Kegan was heading towards the back but he looked to where I sat and he went with me.
"Why aren't you sitting with your buds back there?" I asked him.
"You seemed lonely.. I'm sorry do you want me to leave?" he asked. I shook my head no and grabbed his hand, telling him I wanted him to stay. We talked for a while about random things. More random then you would think. We talked about sand castles and orange juice and just random things. I honestly loved him... as a friend. No wonder why he was so popular! Then he asked me some questions. "So, how are you with love. Like do you like the 'movie scene' things? Or are you more of a person like, kiss me and that's it. No romance needed." He asked me.
"Do you really want to know?" I asked him.
"Yes."
"REALLY really?"
"REALLY really."
"Okay," I started off. "Well, I'm all for the sappy kind of romance. The 'kiss me in the rain' or the lovey dovey things to say to people. I just think it's really sweet. Ya know what I mean?" I confessed.
"Wow. It's like you read my mind." He told me.
"What do you mean?"
"That's exactly what I would of said if I had to answer. Wow.." he told me. I was honestly suprised. I didn't think he was for that. Just the way I see him. Wow. We both sat there in astonishment until the bus ride was over. I threw my backpack over my shoulder and Kegan grabbed my hand. Now this wasn't one of those little kid ways where their hands are just together. No. This was a full on interlocking fingers grab. What was going on? Am I dreaming? I pinched the side of my leg so Kegan wouldn't see me weirdly and, da*n did it hurt! Yeah I'm definatly awake. But why is he doing this?
"...Kegan?" I asked him hestiantly.
"Yes?" he asked.
"What's going on? Why are you do-" he cut me off. With. A. Kiss. A full on kiss. Once we broke I took my hand away.
"Kegan!" I yelled.
"I.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that. Sorry." he told me.
"Then why'd you do it?!" I was getting mad. But it was nice..
"I.. I don't know. I have to go," he said.
"No!" I grabbed his hand this time. "What's going on Kegan?" I asked him.
"I'll have to talk to you later. Bye.." he said and let go of my hand.
"What?" I whispered to myself. I slowly started to walk again and reached my way to the school door.
"Hey Dee!" someone said to me.
"Wazzup Dee?" a jock said to me.
"Oh look it's Dee!" someone screamed and at least 5O people ran to me and tried to talk to me. What? I just pushed through them and walked to my homeroom. People were forming that thing where they all push to the sides of me and leave an asile of people.
"Hey Dee you got an A+ on your last test! Congrats!" Mrs. Humer told me handing me the paper. Every question had a check next to it. I'm in for a crazy school day. I turned around and there was Kegan.
"Will you be my girlfriend Deardra?"
