I ran down the stairs and people
were there, so i called out for help and all they did was point
and laugh. I ran out the door.
I didn't stop until i reached a near by elementary school that had just gotten out of session. The only times i would stop is to check if anyone was following me. No one ever was.
I look back really quick while i was still running and i immediately run into someone, so i fall to the ground.
He had dark hair and chocolate brown eyes with perfect tan skin.
He reaches his arm out offering to help me up, but instead i back up.
"Come on, i won't hurt you," he breathed gently grabbing my wrist. I tense at his touch.
He stares at me for what feels like ever and then whispers something.
"Hey, you're that kid that went missing, right?" I nod.
"Come on, i'll drive you to the police station" he said pulling me to his car.
I tried to run and hide but he kept holding on to my wrist.
"I won't hurt you, remember?" he said with a slight smile.
I was still a skeptic, but hey! Nothing worse can happen to me.
He put me in the car and buckled in my seat belt. He got in the car and i heard a slight clicking noise. "Child lock," He smiled. "Because i don't want you to try to run away from me."
I gave him a dirty look which made him laugh and then he whispered something.
"By the way, my name is Mr. Young," he coughed "I mean Carter." He smiled. "Sorry i'm a teacher, you know?"
I nodded and gave him a slight smile.
As he pulled into the police station, a swarm of people gathered around his car. He got out and opened my door for me. Everyone started taking pictures.
Suddenly, i wanted to run. As fast as i can and never turn back. Everyone was untrustworthy to me now. And then i saw my parents.
I think i'm going to upload another chapter tonight, but don't get your hopes up!
