i thought because my type of eating disorder
was among the minority
that it wasn't important enough
to be an eating disorder.
but just so you guys know:
binge eating disorder is a serious eating disorder.
it's not a new disorder. it's just a new concept.
not every person who has binge eating disorder
is obese.
not every person who is obese
has binge eating disorder.
there is no worst eating disorder.
binge eating disorder sucks just as bad as anorexia and bulimia.

so, i have a task for you.
i'm not asking for faves, i'm just asking you to spread awareness.
let the world know that it's a serious thing
so that girls out there who have it
don't wait to get help like i did
because they don't think it's as important as anorexia and bulimia,
or that it's not as highly regarded.
i kept it quiet for so long.

because after three years dealing with this,
five months of treatment,
and all the crap i went through,
i'm finally in a good place.
i want girls who are dealing with this
to know this good place.

recovery is possible.
you're going to be okay.

please, just spread awareness.
