A Different Kind of Friendship- Chapter 10

(A One Direction Fanfic)

I opened my eyes slowly and saw a bright light shinning through my window. I turned over and saw Harry sleeping, lightly snoring. I sighed and bit my nails. I caved last night and slept with Harry. I couldn't have felt more guilty, he had Alice. Oh god Alice, what she would do to me if she ever found out, the same night she told me she had feelings for him. Harry snored loudly all of a sudden and it shook me from my thoughts. I smiled to myself and pinched his nose shut. Within a few seconds he jumped awake gasping for air. "Why did you do that?" Harry asked groggily after he caught his breath and rubbed his eyes. "You were snoring" I laughed and was turned in by his morning voice. "No I wasn't" he replied with a deep voice. I didn't reply, just bit my lip controling my urges to kiss him. Harry looked down at my lips and smiled. "Last night was fun" he whispered and gently pressed his lips to mine. I closed my eyes and kissed him back, embracing his soft lips. I quickly pulled away, realizing what I was doing. "Harry, you need to go" I said and got my pjs that were abonded on the floor from last night. "Why?" Harry asked as he stayed where he was. "Because this shouldn't have happened" I said as I found his clothes ans tossed them at him. "Lace calm down. It's fine" Harry chuckled softly as he got up and dressed. "No! It's not okay. You have a girlfriend and you slept with me, and..." I didn't finish as I got tears forming in my eyes and I took a deep breath. "Lace, it's okay" Harry said softly and came over to hug me. I hugged him back for a moment. "Please understand this" I said as I looked right in his emerald eyes. "We can't be a thing anymore." I whispered. "But I want to" Harry whispered back. I backed up and said, "Please, go" and avoiding eye contact. Harry looked at me with hurt written all throughout his eyes. "Fine" Harry mumbled and got his things. He walked downstairs and slammed the door shut behind him, which made me jump. I crossed my arms and looked at my feet. He was mad at me, I couldn't blame him. I slept with him and the next morning I kick him out and tell him I didn't want him. A few tears fell from my eyes and I wiped them away and took a deep breath. I showered and got ready for an afternoon class I had. I chose a white sweater with light blue jeans. I curled my hair and stuck a light pink bow in to tie back the front few pieces of my hair (http://www.polyvore.com/school_day/set?id=59724782#stream_box) I grabbed my bookbag and started walking to class. I got there with about ten minutes to spare and I saw Aly sitting in a seat. I took the seat next to her. "Hey" I smiled as I sat. She handed me one of the two coffees she had with her. "You're welcome" she giggled. "Thank you, you're a life saver" I smiled and took a sip. "So, how was last night, meeting the girlfriend and all?" she asked. "Not good at all." I mumbled. "She's a b.itch?!" Aly gasped. "No, I am!" I groaned. I went on to tell her about how nice Alice was and how she felt about Harry and how Harry felt about me and about what me and Harry did. "Lacy, if you like Harry and he likes you, then what's the problem?" Aly said after listening to my problem. "I don't know if I like him" I snapped as our professor walked in. "Well Lace, time is wasting for you to figure it out. You better hurry on that" Aly said and turned to face foward. She was totally right, Harry was already mad at me for having mixed feelings about him. I needed to figure it out before Harry wanted nothing to do with me.
