I haven't eaten in two days. I need help.

You need to eat something asap. Start with an apple or your favorite fruit so you'll feel better about eating it then something else. If you cant, I would tell a close friend or parent. Im here if you need to talk.

i want to. but i dont want to throw it up, because thats what usually happens. im scared that my problems will go too far one day. my mom knows and she cares but she doesnt know how to deal with it.. i feel like i make things harder for her and shes already under enough stres.. and thank you for caring. :')

No you need to eat something. I don't want you to die. Drink water. Then eat a Popsicle or something. Try eating plain toast too. Those are things that I eat whenever I'm sick and I feel like I'm going to throw up. I know you said it'll just come back up but you need to try. Please. You're killing yourself. Please try. For me.
