A- 10 Crunches
B- Run in place (2 min)
C- 5 Jumping Jacks
D- 5 Lunges (both legs)
E- 10 squats
F- 5 Pushups
G- 6 handstands
H- 4 Crunches
I- Run in place (1 min)
J- backbend (hold for 3 secs)
K- 10 Lunges (both legs)
L- 5 Squats
M- 5 Pushups
N- Stretch (3 min)
O- 15 Crunches
P- Run in place (10 min)
Q- Do two of each: middle, right and left
split
R- 30 Lunges (both legs)
S- 25 Squats
T- 15 Pushups
U- Stretch (8 min)
V- 10 Crunches
W- Run in place (5 min)
X- 20 Jumping Jacks
Y- 15 Lunges (both legs)
Z- 10 Squats
Every Fave= 1 glass of water or one apple slice or half a whole
carrot (I choose)
