If they want to show their boobs, that's their decision as it is THEIR BODY. What they do with it is none of your business. And of course smiling isn't a crime, but they don't have to smile just cause you think it looks better. Again, THEIR decision. You can't control what other people decide to do with their bodies.

Why does it upset you though? If it's something that makes them feel confident, then what's wrong with that? I mean, everyone has something they think is their biggest asset and show it off in their pictures. Boobs, smile, eyes, small waist. People put up pictures that they think they look good in. For some girls, they think they look the best in pics showing clevage.
They look beautiful TO YOU. Your view of beautiful is unique to you, as everyone else's is. Also, it may not be about being beautiful. They might want to look sexy, and that's their choice too. I'm not exactly offended, more irritated. Body policing and sl/t-shaming are pet-peeves of mine.
