Dont worry this was a huge storm and i live on long island and we were hit so hard i couldnt believe it it was massive. but for the most part everyone is ok and this are slowly getting back to "normal"
Hurricane Sandy was CALLED the biggest hurricane in U.S. history, I live in New York, where it "hit" and it didn't do much at all.... I also lived in Louisiana when Hurricane Katrina hit it, now let me tell you... THAT is a hurricane.
Well apparently sandy was this "perfect storm" because there was a cold front moving in from the west at the same time that the warm from was coming in from the east... Or something like that...
I was wrong, I get it, they only said on the news that it was like it, I doubted it but I guess they know better than me. So to everyone I apologize for my mistake. But why would it matter if it was really the worst or not when it took everything from some people, some died and it caused horrible damage.
I know, but my friend lives on the east coast, near Washington DC. She got her house in tramples. It was flooded. She is however used to this. I am so sorry (Again! :) But you can't say it is the worst. More over, Irene was worse than Sandy, right?

I know, I'm sorry, it was my mistake, I apologize but they were saying it on the news. But sometimes it doesn't matter, because no one and nothing can ever bring back the dead ones.
I understand don't worry. Just so you do know, Katrina was a category 5 and Sandy was a 1. 5 being the worst on the scale of course. And I know you only meant good things when you wrote this quote.
I am so sorry, but Katrina is by far still the worst. People on the North East coast didn't normally get these storms. Like I said, I am so sorry. I will keep you in my thoughts!! :) Stay safe!!
They've said on the news, whatever storm is it, still things were destroyed and people are dead so it's still bad. And thank you though keep them in your thoughts ! :)
No matter what hurricane it is or which one's the worst, there are still so many lives, homes, transportation, and some people can't even call for help due to no power or phone service. </3
It was sad, and dangerous. But it wasnt the worst disaster.
Hurricane Katrina killed almost 2,000 people. Its still sweet you care so much about those people, but it'll be okay.
Thanks for your concern and my heart goes out to all those who lost loved ones. However, there have been worse disasters in the US, but thank you so much for thinking of everyone that was affected by this storm <3
That is very sweet of you to be concerned for everyone! You must have a great heart! :)
I was in it, but wasn't hit too bad. My state was though and many of the people in the surroundings towns. I didn't have school for an entire week because of it. I ended up being lucky by it but many others were not.
RIP to those who were lost and keep them in your prayers everyone! May the recovery be quick, and successful.
Well thank you, but I know everyone will scroll past this quote. But I wish they all realize how bad it is, it took lives and thats bad enough. I'm glad you were lucky! And trust me, my best friend is there so I didn't sleep for days and days. And I agree with you. RIP everyone <3
