Chapter 5
Alexa's POV
 
The sound of his voice echoed repeatedly in my head ….I could not focus on what was happening I felt as if the room was spinning and I wasn’t able to make it stop. I crashed to the ground blacking out unable to hear the sounds of the forever-lasting things.  
I woke up to the feeling that I was in a different space. I must have been out for a while because I found myself under the sheets of a hospital bed. There Max standing with his beautiful brown hair and dark brown eyes…. “….Alex…” Max started...
The next thing I knew I found myself strapped down to different machines. A doctor came in as I was trying to catch my breath trying to figure out what might have happened to me. “         
Well…Finally good to see you awake miss. Alexa..When you blacked out You had a stroke…If it wasn’t for this young man calling the ambulance you wouldn’t’ be able to move at all…” The doctor started.  Right then I started to panic….I could not feel my legs…I hated hospitals I started to breath heavily.
 
“ The stroke caused your legs to be paralyzed; there is a small chance you will ever be able to walk again.”
