NOOO!! you should never do that.bringing yourself down just makes everything worse.Next time you look in the mirror dont focus on your flaws, but focus on what you really like about yourself and say' you are beautiful" i used to do the same thing and always briing myself down until one day i decided that i didnt want to feel like that anymore ,and guess what? after that day the way i looked at my self comepletely changed
