All Down Hill From Here Chapter 9 Part 1 Sequel of 'UPSIDE DOWN' http://www.facebook.com/beautifuldisastergirlstories The cold water felt good on my skin. I let the water run down my back for a good half hour. I finally stepped out of the shower, wrapping a towel around my body. I plugged in the blow-dryer and turned it on high. About halfway done the doorbell rang. With the towel still wrapped around me, I walked down the hallway. The doorbell rang again. “Coming, hold your horses.” I yell, entering the living room. I opened the door to see the stupid boy with the brown curly hair and green eyes. He still had his ears pierced. “What do you want, Walt?” I asked. He didn’t answer. “You have 3 seconds to talk before I slam this door in your face.” I said, irritation creeping into my voice. “3… 2… 1… goodbye.” I say, beginning to close the door. Walt puts his hand up, preventing me from moving the door another inch. He looks into my eyes. “Is it true?” He asked. “Is what true?” I asked, confused. My eyes widen with realization. Walt smirked. “How did you find out?” I asked, looking down at my feet. “I did my research.” Walt says, smiling devilishly. “You’re a freak. I hope you get cancer.” Tears welled up in my eyes as Walt started to walk away. If he told anyone my life would be ruined. But I still needed to go to school. After all, I had promised. ~(-----)~ I pulled on a tank top and a pair of sweats, not caring what I looked like. I slipped on a pair of flip flops and trudged out the door. It would be maybe an hour before school started, so I decided to take my sweet time. I dragged my feet across the pavement, humming along to my iPod. I must have been off in my own world, because I didn’t hear the foot steps behind me. And when they yelled in ear, I shoot 10 feet in the air. I'll post part 2 later today or tomorrow!
