Chapter Five
Liams POV
The way Niall looked at Aurora wasnt the way he looked at anyone. When he went to the restroom, I took the chance to talk to Aurora.
I took a bit blunt approach and asked her if she liked him.
"I dont know him very well..." She replied rather hesitantly.
"Thats not what I asked." I tried to use a soothing voice to try and calm her down. I could tell she was nervous and overwhelmed.
She didnt say anything, but she just kind of shook her head and looked to me slghtly. "You can trust us, we dont want to hurt you."
"He told you, didnt he?" She was getting mad and I could tell.
"He only told me because he cares about you. I know you barely know eachother but you both feel something for the other." Thats when Niall came back to the table. Once we finished eating Zayn, Harry, Lou, and I headed back to the house. Niall went with Aurora to talk.
Aurora's POV
Niall wanted my keys, so I let him drive us around. "Where are we going I asked?"
"It's a secret."
"You sure like secrets, dont you?"
"More like suprise, but you could say so. Yeah."
We drove in a peacful silence for awhile, but Niall started singing Little Things. I really wonder why he doesnt get to sing more... I started to sing along with him "I'm in love with you, and all your little things..."
"Sorry, Im not the best." I kind of giggled.
"I think you were perfect." He said. "Can I ask you a question?"
"I think you already did." I gave him a cheeky smile.
"Im being serious here. Why did you do it?"
I was a little confused. "Do what?"
He pulled the car over into a little park, he came over and opened the door for me. We sat down on a picnic bench. He didnt say anything he just pulled up my sweater to reveal scars and half-fresh cuts. "Too much stress and pain. Its a long boring story, but I'm ok now."
He slowly brought my arm to hs mouth, as if seeing if it was allowed. When I didnt stop him he started kissing each cut and scar, old or new. Before I knew what was happening I was crying and telling him everything. He listened and held me until I could catch my breath, He strooked my hair and whispered "Its ok. Baby, nothing can hurt you now."
"I cant go back to my house anymore, I cant deal with the hate..."
"Come with the boys and me. You can finish your senior year online. Nothing will hurt you now."
