Why did you even tell Sav sh/t like that anyway!?” he yelled. I let my grip go on his shoulders “I just wanted her to know she hurt you. We decided we wanted to go miniature golfing at this new golf course down the road. We got our clubs and I was losing pretty badly. I swung my club and it collided with the ball flying right into the fake palm tree trunk and ricocheting off the tree and flying back at Benny. It hit him in the face as he yelled. ~ I ran inside and got some ice. Benny was sitting on a bench as I walked over. Calvin and Thomas were too busy laughing at him. I sat next to him handing him the paper towel that was now dripping with water. “Sorry, this is all they had” I said taking his hand away from his eye. It was a little red but nothing major. “I was kidding when I screamed” he said laughing. I nodded “Okay, whatever you say. So, you don’t need this ice?” I said taking it back. “No, I need it. Not like it hurts or anything” he said putting it up to his eye. I laughed “Well, I’m sorry I’m such a bad golfer.” He nodded “I don’t think you should play anymore.” “Are we going to play now?” Thomas asked walking over to us. I looked at Benny and he shrugged. ~ “Before I let you hit another golf ball” Benny said handing me my club “I need to teach you.” Thomas glared at Benny “No, I need to teach her.” Thomas put the club in my hands and showed me how to hold it. He put his hands on mine and showed me how to swing. I looked up at him and he smiled. He looked down at me and kissed me softly. Calvin and Benny gagged. I laughed and Thomas stepped back to let me hit it. I hit the ball and it swerved for the hole. It went right up to it but stopped short. I sighed “Of course.” Benny ran over to the hole and stomped lightly next to the ball. It fell in the hole and he smiled. I smirked and Calvin cried “CHEATER!” Thomas shrugged “At least you didn’t blind anyone this time” he said as he put his arms around my waist.

"Kelsey?" I called. She wasn't quite awake yet. Suddenly, doctors came rushing in, telling me I had to wait outside. I did, for a few hours. One of the doctors finally came out saying, "I understand that you're Kelsey's friend, Aaron?" "Yes," I whispered. He bit his lip. "She woke up, she's fine, but I'm afraid she has long term memory loss." "Are you serious?" I almost shouted. "I'm afraid so." I didn't meet his gaze. I couldn't. I wasn't going to say anything, so he spoke again. "You can go see her if you want, but she doesn't remember anything, not even her mom." I walked in, trembling in horror. I saw her. She looked helpless as she slept. I waited a few hours, until I saw her eyes opening gently again. I expected doctors to run in, rushing me out. Instead, she looked me straight in the eyes, and whispered, "I don't know you, but I like your eyes."
