so strange how some kids cry over not getting an
Ipad,
Yet
a hopeless kid out there begs to have
food.
We all rush in life and never
appreciate what we have.
We never just go outside, look up
into the sky and take time to think about how blessed we all
are
We look up into
the stars,
While some kids look up into
nothing.
We text our friends and ask how
life is
While some people haven't even had a real
family in years.
We try to dress the best and go shopping for new hats and sneakers

While some kids don't even
own one article of clothing.
We're able to have music,
people and god to save lives
While kids depend on prayers and
hope for help
We're able to go to a warm
bed at night
While someone out there is forced to sleep on
the lifeless floor
We are able to go to school, make a living and get a chance at success

While some kids are just
destined for doom.
Always be thankful, no matter
whats going on
Because someone would kill for
the lifestyle you're
receiving.
