To everyone on here who has been a
cutter or is a cutter. Do me this favor. Put a rubber band on your
wrist. When you get the urge to cut, snap the rubber band on your
arm. It'll leave a mark, but it will go away with time. I am a
cutter, I have done this and it makes me feel better. Also, it
doesn't leave a lot of questions behind like a cut mark
does.

So true, I do this all the time. It also helps if you rub ice on your skin. <3

Very true. It works I do know that much. I love using it cause its a less painful attempt of it and you dont get asked so many questions
