You do get the more posh side in London, some people tell me that I speak kind of posh but I don't know and I LOVE the American accents I plan to travel America when I'm older as my parents did and they loved it, I love Florida, California and New York..I love American guys though and the accent just tops it all off

Lol where I live in america, its cold for the majority of the year. The people aren't that nice in general. (Only down south are they generally nice. Everywhere else, not so much)

Omg you like our accents!?!?!?! Well we all go around imitating yours... well actually more like the stereotypical rather posh sounding English accent... and awkward moment when most American girls are obsessing over at least one hot British guy and think all American guys gross... And the weather the weather the weather... where would you want to move? The northeast has the best defined seasons like hot summer, cool fall with pretty leaves, snowy winter, and rainy spring, the southeast tends to be hot and humid, the southwest tends to be hot and dry, the northwest is cold and snowy... California is good for surfing whereas that isn't as common on the east coast... Florida is hot and humid and can be downright miserable if you don't like that kind of weather, though Disney is always a plus side. New York is pretty nice... just BIG and CROWDED and the traffic is AWFUL.

Anyway I guess any country has its good things and its bad things... America's are just very s p r e a d out across the country lol

Yeah in London we mostly love America and we imitate your accents a lot of the time.. I love got weather which is probably why I love Florida so much and the whole kind of stereotypical thing with New York made me fall in live with or, all the fashion, shops and its supposedly where dreams come true...

haha I didn't know you guys liked our accents too... and yeah florida is nice :) I like the Florida Keys! There are a lot of manatees there and they come up to you and like you to pet them!! And the water's nice, but there aren't good waves... that's why I love New Jersey and New York beaches -- perfect waves. And yeah there's no denying that NYC is an amazing city... Central Park is pretty cool with all the gigantic rocks that glaciers deposited... when they're icy you can slide around on them and no matter how old you are climbing them is fun! Skiing from Pennsylvania northward is great and the west coast has AMAZING mountains... haha sorry I've only been out of the US once so I just know a lot of places here...

That's awesome! And it's fine I've only actually been to America once but it's like my secret obsession, so what state do you live in? I do love London too but New York is like my dream place to live

hahaha! I live in Pennsylvania :) last year my aunt took me to London and Paris which was my only trip out of the US but it was very rushed because we only had a week.... do you live in London? I liked London a lot but as I said before, I didn't have much time there...

Yeah kinda, I don't live in the heart of London, more on the outskirts but pretty close.. how was Paris, always wanted to go there as well!

It was very nice :) I enjoyed it but again it was a very rushed trip and I had literally one hour to shop while I was there so I wasn't too happy about that... but I really like the city :) I want to go to Germany because I speak some German and go back to Yosemite National Park because I'm convinced it's just the best place ever hahaha that's my travel goal... though there's like a bazillion other places in Europe I'd like to visit...

I could imagine that shopping trip being very rushed then! I can't speak German, unless counting to ten counts...so never really thought about Germany but it's probably be really nice, I have been to france to practise my french but it wasn't paris.. :( i love spain, portugal and turkey, going to them this year, so i'd always recommend going to them if you're visiting europe

Ooooh!!!! I'd love to go there :) It's just such a long flight from the US to Europe... ok not that long but it feels long... I wish every state in the US was as unique as European countries... we don't have that kind of access to so many different cultures... it's just kinda whatever cultures and languages people bring from their original country... like there's a lot of Irish people near where I live and a lot of Italians but most of them haven't kept many traditions or anything because they're like the third generation or whatever in America. My family is Norwegian and compared to a lot of people I know we seem to hold onto our heritage more than most lol. Omg I just went on a really long rant about something pretty much completely irrelevant I'm sorry hahaha

Aha oh well:) I guess you get that in quite a few countries though, we get that here like my grandparents are really religious but we're not at all I guess it's just down to things changing over time but yeah, the long flights the main reason we don't go to America as much as we wish we could like I'm really bad with flights, like I'm flying business class this year and that's only like a 2 hour flight to Spain...
reply 0

hahaha it's only two hours to Spain? hmmmm it's two hours to Florida from where I live... if we're driving it's around two hours to NYC or to the Jersey shore...hahaha yeah I don't particularly like flights either... I think the longest flight I've been on was from Philadelphia to Paris and that was 7 1/2 hours. My uncle and cousin lived in Thailand for the past four years and when they come back to visit it's a 24 hour flight! Like serious, how do you sit that long? And my cousin's friend from Australia came to visit and she said it took 30 hours to actually get here idk why... I don't think I could do that haha I mean I love traveling but I hate long flights

Yeah that's exactly me, like I want to go to Australia and America more but I can't handle the flight unless we go first class and it ends up being way toooo expensive.. The longest flight I've been on was from London to Florida and I think that was like nine hours, no way could I handle 30...

Can you explain to me what a chav is? Sorry stupid American here... I just have no clue... And personally I like your accents but I guess it's just because I'm so used to American accents, just like you're used to British accents....

A chav is.. hard to explain... They are loud, annoying, big earing , bright colours (colors) and have the worst taste ever. They listen to stuff with words "swag" and stuff like that.. I probably explained it really terribly with bad grammer, but eh.

Haha your grammar doesn't bother me :) and yeah we have those kind of kids too... we just don't really have a name for them I guess... hmmm interesting... I just see people on here complaining about chavs and such... we don't really talk about people like that... they just are there.

Honestly, America isn't that great. We don't produce half the stuff we have here, our government is broke because its run by people who only care about money (how ironic), and other countries make fun of us because we're fat and stupid as nation. Not necessarily individual people. I think the only thing we're good for is freedom of speech and pop culture. Please come and take me back home with you!!!!!
