Lana, because she doesn't try to hide her insecurities or bad experiances, she's open to her audiance and write the truth about her life in a more raw way than Taylor. Taylor is juts about Love and relashionships. Lana is more deep, it's about her life which wasn't always rainbows and unicorns. She struggled, sure taylor struggled too in her own way, but Lana, she's just more deep and mature.
