Deadly
Games
~Chapter
Fifteen~
“Let’s leave,” I whispered
into David’s ear, my head turning towards the door.
David laughed. “What? We just got here! Plus, I really want
some coffee, hon. It’s warm here, we’ll just stay for
a little while.”
My hand was still intertwined with his as he dragged me to the
counter, every step getting closer and closer to Trey and his
demeaning smile. I felt my confidence draining out of me as his
eyes ate up my appearance.
“Hello, little Delly,” Trey snickered at me as he
talked to me as if I was a small child.
I kept my eyes focused on my boots. One of the shoelaces was
untied.
“I haven’t seen you since… well, last night, I
guess!” Trey smirked, his laughter belittling.
“Although, you weren’t the best last night.
I’ve certainly had better.”
I felt David’s grip tighten around my fingers.
“I have to hit you just to make you put something into
it!” Trey’s eyes danced as he realized who David was
to me. “And who’s this, Delly? A little friend? How
old is he, twelve?”
I could hear David’s breathing become heavy.
Trey turned to look directly at David. “Personally, I would
stay away from her. She’s kinda nasty. Quite the wh*re,
I’ve come to find out.” Trey reached over to me,
lifting my chin with two fingers, which were digging into a newly
formed bruise. “But, I mean, if you’re into S*T*D*s,
than go for it.”
“Get your hands off her,” David swatted Trey’s
hand away from my face.
Trey looked stunned for a moment, but quickly retaliated.
“Excuse me? Pardon me for telling the f*cking
truth.”
David laughed in the meanest way I’d ever heard. “Is
that what they call being an absolute d*uchebag these days?
Telling the ‘truth’?”
“Just trying to warn ya, bud.” Trey scoffed at David
as he got madder and madder. “But while we’re at it,
how ‘bout you get your hand away from my wh*re?” Trey
pushed me so I fell against a table, startling the couple
drinking their coffee.
“What did you call her?!” David asked his voice
raising.
The bystanders in the coffee shop started to get uneasy, many
getting up and leaving the shop all together.
I heard someone call for the manager.
“I called her by her name, idiot. That’s what you do.
You be polite and call b*tches by their f*cking names,”
Trey shoved David, who fell back a step.
David retrieved his stature and stood tall. “Okay,
‘bud’, first of all, she’s not a wh*re.
She’s a beautiful girl with a stunning personality and the
sweetest smile. Secondly, she’s not ‘yours’ nor
will she ever be.” With a smile, he turned back to face me.
“She’s mine.”
I felt my whole body become warm and tingly. This was the first
time he had ever ‘claimed’ me.
Instead of the way I often felt with Trey, I felt loved. Instead
of feeling stupid and useless, I felt like I was important and
worth nice words and sweet smiles.
I felt like I deserved the cute, healthy relationship.
And David was going to give it to me.
It happened slow, at least to me. I saw his perfect, sweet face
being pushed violently to one side as Trey’s fist came in
contact. His beautiful green eyes became shocked and wide, his
neck whipping to the side as his whole body fell to the
ground.
I felt my chest cave, my breath caught, as I saw his body
crumpled on the floor.
I looked to Trey, who smirked once at me, and then returning his
attention to the body on the floor.
With the tip of his sneakers, he kicked David hard in the
side.
“You better step off, kid. You don’t know what
I’m capable of doing to your precious little Della over
there. You seem to forget, I know her and her tight little body
better than anyone.” He sneered above David.
“HEY! If you wanna fight, fine. But get out of my
shop!” The manager yelled at the two, hitting them both
with the end of a broom.
Trey hopped over David, pausing at the door to turn and give me
an ominous smile.
With the door open, he mouthed to me, ‘See you
tonight’.
LEAVE ME FEEDBACK THANKS.
Hi guys. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long time, but
I've recently suffered the lost of a lady who was like my
grandmother.
So thanks to the ones who yelled at me for not posting a chapter
during this time, but I'm sorry, I have been mourning and
spending time with people that understand what I'm going
through and will be able to help me through this. That's all.
Bye.
