Sometimes all it takes is a hug and a conversation with a stranger. Sometimes you want to be left alone to cry. Sometimes you sit in silence, others you drown out the world with music. Maybe only that one person helps. Sometimes they aren't there. You will break down. It won't be perfect. But we will get through this.
