Chapter Three|Part One
Determined, I lifted my leg
again and prepared myself to just let myself
go.
"OH MY GOD!" I
yelled.
I hit the ground, suddenly staring up at the sky.
And then an angry guy's face came into view.
A very gorgeous angry guys face.
And I recognized him. Noah Montes; bad boy of our school. He
didn't care about anything or anyone, it seemed, and he
got into trouble constantly.
All the girls swooned over him.
Well, except for me, because I had more important things to
do.
I glared at him.
"Did you
just shove me?"
He looked at me in disbelief. "Well no, sherlock! You
were just about to jump off a freaking cliff before I saved
you!" He snapped.
I stood up and wiped dirt off the back of my jeans.
"Well obviously, that's the point
of suicide, idiot!" I replied, irritated.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I'd
like to continue."
I stomped past him, but he caught my arm in the process,
stopping me.
"Will you please let me go?" I pleaded quietly, my
voice quivering and my energy drained.
"Why would you want
to kill yourself?" he asked , his
eyes staring into mine.
I felt my eyes water.
"You don't know what I've been through, or how
I'm living. You
don't know me," I whispered.
A tear slid slowly down my cheek, making me feel weak. I
spotted a bit of pity in his eyes for a second, and just like
that it was gone.
"Actually, I know some things about you," He
stated.
"You're an AP student. A goody-two shoes who never
gets in trouble."
He smiled a bit, shoving his hands in his pocket.
"You're brothers some jock, you're in my english
class,"
He kicked a rock.
"We've been in the same school since middle school,
and your name," He paused, looking up at me and
smirking.
"Is Raina
Murray."
This is so amazing amg
