I think I'm one of the only people who's actually greatful for the challenges and bad things that have happened to me. I have been shown that those who stay with you through difficult times are the ones who you should really trust. I have seen that those rough things shape you into the person that you are today. I hate when I see people saying that we should go back to the time when curvier was considered to be more beautiful than being thin. Not because I don't think that curvier, heavier women aren't beautiful. It's because people assume that there wasn't as much body shaming then. Society was the exact same way it is now, just in reverse. Do you know what they did to women who were thin back then? They'd shame them. There were ads saying that no man wanted a thin women and ads that said that advertised methods that would help a woman gain weight. Women who were thin were taught to be ashamed of their bodies. Instead of going back to a time where curvier was more beautiful, why not become a time where every body is beautiful?
