I hate when I become conciously aware of the fact that im breathing

I hate when I become

conciously aware

of the fact that im breathing because then i start breathing too

fast and im like “better slow it down youre breathing too much”

and then im like “whoa there dont forget to breathe” and

everything becomes complicated
