It is my own opinion, and I can say what I want. If you've got a problem with my thoughts/opinions, then go somewhere. In my opinion, God made us all alike, with certain functions. He didn't make tampons, and it's kinda gross to put something up there. Even natural things. It's just all disgusting to me. That's just so gross to me, how a person could do such nasty things. Ugh.
tampons are wayyyy more convenient and comfortable. also you can wear them overnight, you just cant leave them in for a period over 8 hours, which usually you won't have to as you'll have to change it by then. like them wayyy more than pads but that's just me.
Like, I've heard that they aren't very comfortable, and that they hurt. Like I understand after a while you get used to them, but it seems soo gross to me. That's my own opinion, and you can do what you want.(:
My cousin used to where them until she had to go to the hospital for something to do with tampons. It's not normal to plus your body up and her body went into shock our something. She almost died, I believe. So, I agree with you. I think they're a bit more dangerous for people to use. Not to mention all the negative effects on your body.
I don't really care what a guy think about it though. My primary concern is health.
i don't like how with pads i feel like i'm leaking and i play alot of sports so it's conveinient and i can move more freely. also who cares what guys want when they bleed for a week out of every month then they can talk but until then their opinion is invalid. i just find it easier but whatever floats your boat
Well here in Australia we go swimming for P.E and your period is no excuse so we have to wear them. And they're better than pads cause you don't feel like your leaking, you aren't sittin gin your own blood, you can play sports, go swimming and basically anything
I prefer tampons cause wearing a pad feels like wearing a nappy and also I find them more convenient (as in easy to carry around) and less prone to leaks.
Also, who gives a stuff what guys want? My lady bits are my lady bits, & it's none of their business what goes there unless I decide that they can go there ;)
This is pretty sexist imo, I mean the bit about guys wanting to be the "only thing that goes there"? Guys don't have a right to our ladybits, okay. They don't. Our parts are our parts and we can put whatever the f/ck we want up there. It's pretty common knowledge that most guys touch their d/cks, but I don't see you complaining about not being the only one to "go there". Pads get gross and they can leak, whereas tampons are pretty much foolproof, plus you can play sport and swim with them, etc. What we do as far as periods go is our business, not any guy's business.
It's not sexist. And really it's kinda nasty to put stuff up there. That's my opinion. But naturally, that's what that lady part is for. So it kinda makes sense. Anyone can do whatever they want involving that, but it's my opinion.
Why wouldn't you use tampons? You need them to wear a bathing suit. They're easier to play sports with. You can wear thongs with them. You don't feel them. And blood doesn't rush from your . And the packaging is a lot more convenient and smaller.
Why would you want to wear a thong during your period? I woulda thought all girls would have went for comfort than those... Oh well, if you feel fine with it good for you ^^
Also, I think thongs are more comfortable cause you don't feel them hah. But I guess it depends on who you are haha. Also, when I wear yoga pants I don't want to have a huge underwear linee

Mostly girls will so they don't have underwear lines under tight clothing. Ex: volleyball spandex would show lines if you wore regular underwear, so many just wear a thong
While wearing a pad, it basically feels like this:
Sit down, Niagara falls
Stand up, Niagara falls
Lay down, Niagara falls
Laugh, Niagara falls
Cough, Niagara falls
Sneeze, Niagara falls
You just basically feel everything pour out of you and makes you feel as if you bleed through constantly. While wearing a pad, you are very vulnerable to bleed through, and it can happen at any time. A pad makes me feel like I'm sitting in a pool of my own period blood. How awkward would that be. With a tampon, it just feels like every one of your worries goes away. You would just have to change it more often if you have a heavy flow, just like you normally would with a pad.
Wearing a tampon is SO much easier to play sports, etc. You can't go swimming while on your period if you are wearing a pad, but it's possible with a tampon.
But entirely, it is your opinion and it is respected.
Yeah, that's what I thought at first. But you just don't feel it even there, so it doesn't feel gross at all. But yeah, I get where you're coming from because I thought that at one point or another also!
it's really on a matter of opinion.
for me, its much easier and a lot more comfortable to wear tampons, especially because i play a lot of sports and i find pads just completely uncomfortable. i mean it feels like i'm practically wearing a diaper and then i have to sit in my own blood. yuck.
but to some of my friends, they just simply don't like tampons. they find them weird and uncomfortable just like yourself.
no you won't get an infection from just leaving them on overnight though and i really dont think guys could care either way.
I hate pads it's like sitting in a bloody diper. If you put a tampon in right you can't feel it and it won't get infected. Also I agree it's way easier for sports.
because pads are uncomfortable - and im sitting around in my blood all day. tampons prevent the mess, and you can't feel them at all if you put them in right. and i dont have to worry about excess blood - when i have a heavy flow i simply use both at the same time.
and who gives a toss what guys think? its my personal choice, and if they have a problem, they're sure as hell not going to stick their pe/nis in me.
For having a opoin? Really? I find this qoute and see how many comments it gets and this? No. Just no. You don't even know how much I hate that sentence... So instead of posting pointless comments like this, to just feel bigger and that your opoin is right, go onto a different qoute and stop wasting your time dear.
Because they are much cleaner, you can wear white pants with them, do sports and you don't feel anything so it's like you werent on your period (minus cramps) while pads are annoying, you're basically sitting on your blood and you don't want to move to much so your blood wont get everywhere
I'd rather not sit in my own blood thanks. They're more convenient and it's easier to tell if they're leaking. You hardly tell that you're wearing one. Also, if you use them properly you won't get an infection, because you're supposed to change them every four hours. I only use pads at night.
I don't really care what a guy think about it though. My primary concern is health.
