Just putting this out there. All the people who say stuff like, "If you think you're ugly, you should work out and wear makeup and do your hair" are missing the point. Being skinny would not make me feel pretty. Wearing makeup would not make me feel pretty. Having nice hair would not make me feel pretty. I would just be an ugly person with less time to do things that I enjoy because I spend so much time trying to make myself pretty. Actually, I'm not even upset that I'm not pretty. I'm upset that everyone thinks that I should want to be pretty. Really, I just want someone to say, "Hey, maybe you're not pretty, but you're really good at geometry, and that's just as good."
